Pfizer Rare Disease currently has the most advanced gene therapy assets in healthcare. Supported by the company’s long heritage in hemophilia, the company is well positioned to lead communications around its asset, its value for those living with hemophilia, and the potential of gene therapy.
Pfizer asked us to develop a 2019 plan for gene therapy, furthering Pfizer’s position a leader in the field given the company’s deep roots in hemophilia and gene therapy. Our plan allowed Pfizer to lead the narrative utilizing their technology and their value. Core tactics and activities included maintaining and developing materials such as videos and infographics for a global toolkit, preparing and engaging executive and brand-level leadership to serve as platform champions for media opportunities, and cultivating a thought leadership platform.
At the head of this page you can see one of the videos we developed in collaboration with Pfizer scientists and executives that was a part of there global role out of gene therapy related materials. Utilizing company key messaging we developed a narrative that made understanding the complex science of gene therapy a bit little easier. While developing content we always kept in mind that these materials would need to be rolled out globally. This influenced our choice of style, tone and narration. Currently we have translated this video and supporting materials for several global markets including China, Japan and France.
